Molto Buono restaurant was opened by professional sommeliers who teamed up to bind together three most important parts of gastronomy: fascinating and delicate science of wine, exceptional talent of the chef and great hospitality to hold everything together.

A LA CARTE

Summer 2017. We regularly update the menu. Once in a couple of months some basic ingredients are replaced by other ingredients depending on a season
Foraging, a constant search for new herbs and plants and our very own kitchen garden is the basis of our organoleptic experience. Every plant has a story to tell, its own unique scent and flavor, one of a kind blossom – we consider everything when creating new dishes. Right in the restaurant we grow bleu wheat, malt, mung beans, clover, lentils, wild mustard and many more.

MOLTO BUONO KITCHEN GARDEN
When we started our kitchen garden we were not thinking cool pictures for Instagram - quality and availability we had in mind. We are taking care of our garden and we loosen, water and plant new species – we want you to eat tasty.

In soil which rested for three years we plant different salad greens, garden and Chinese radish, mustard and buckwheat ( its green parts are delicious), Indian cress, chervil, two different types of amaranth, radish, peas, purslane, borage.

Also we planted some Gruenkohl or kale: by the way, almost nowhere to be found in Russia, weird because kale is really delicious.

Apart from the chef's menu Molto Buono takes a pride in its impressive collection of wine which mostly consists of Old World wines
We offer more than ten different wines by glass. Our enoteca is constantly growing: almost every day we try something new and rare. We are happy to talk about wine and share our experience, knowledge and impressions with our guests. You are welcome to join us for this fascinating conversation
